摘要
为提高辽河中深层稠油油藏最终采收率,在齐40块开展了蒸汽驱技术的研究与应用。利用油藏工程方法、地面模拟实验和软件计算方法对中深层稠油油藏蒸汽驱的井网井距、注采工艺参数等关键环节进行了优化设计。并通过先导试验的验证与完善,形成了一整套适合于中深层稠油油藏特点的蒸汽驱开发技术,包括油藏工程设计技术、高温注汽隔热技术、高温举升技术、动态调控技术等。目前蒸汽驱技术已在齐40块进行了工业化应用,见到了较好效果,预计该区块最终采收率可达56%,比目前蒸汽吞吐方式下采收率提高近一倍。
Study and application of steam flooding was conducted in Qi 40 block in order to enhance the ultimate recovery of mid-deep heavy oil reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield. Key factors such as well spacing and pattern, parameters of injection-production were optimized by methods including Reservoir engineering approach, ground simulation test, software calculation. A whole set of steam flooding development technologies suitable for mid-deep heavy oil were developed including design of reservoir engineering, high-temperature insulation technology of steam injection, high temperature lift technology as well as dynamic control technology. At present, steam flooding has been industrially applied in block Qi 40. Filed practice showed that it had a good effect and the ultimate recovery could be as high as 56%, twice as that obtained by huff and puff.
