大港油田本源微生物驱配套技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于本源微生物采油技术在油藏筛选、生化参数指标和评价方法上的不规范,应用效果参差不齐,开展了相关技术研究,形成了地质研究和油藏筛选、本源微生物体系调查和评价、激活体系的筛选和优化、注入工艺方案编制、参数监测与动态跟踪和试验效果综合评价等6项配套技术。应用该技术在港西等不同类型油藏进行了现场试验,取得了较好的效果。受益区提高采收率0.5%-3.7%,含水率下降0.4%-7%,阶段增油60513×10^4t,油藏生态环境变化与试验效果呈正相关性。提出了该技术的下一步研究方向、主要内容和发展前景。 There were no standard methods for screening of reservoir, biochemical parameters, and evalutation method in indigenous microorganism flooding before this study. It resulted in the uneven effects of the technology. So, related technologies were proposed and 6 sets of matching techniques have been formed, such as geological research-oil reservoir screening, flo- ra survey and evaluation of indigenous microorganism, selection and optimization of activation system, injection process programming, parameter monitoring and dynamic tracking and comprehensive evaluation of test results. Pilot tests in different kinds of reservoirs like Gangxi have been done and good results were achieved. The recovery enhanced in benefited areas was 0.5%-3.7% and water cut decreased by 0.4%-7.0%. The oil production recovered by 60 513×10^4t during the stage. It was found that the ecological change of reservoir had a positive correlation with the test effects. At last, further research direction, main content and development prospects were proposed.
