摘要 目的了解上海市浦东新区洋泾街道居民膳食结构、饮食习惯及体格状况,为今后开展更合理、更具针对性的健康教育及健康促进方式提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样和机械抽样相结合的方法,以浦东新区洋泾街道15~70岁的5027名居民为调查对象,采用流行病学现况调查的方法。调查表的设计经过文献查阅、专家讨论和预调查等过程。结果饮食质量高、结构欠合理;性别、年龄影响饮食习惯;在营养健康状况中女性肥胖和超重的比例高于男性;营养失衡成为影响健康的重要危险因素。结论居民饮食习惯及膳食结构欠合理,需给予居民有针对性、合理的饮食及营养知识健康教育和健康干预措施。要真正改变人们的饮食行为,实现由知识的获得、态度的转变到行为实践的飞跃,仍需要进行长期广泛而持续的健康促进工作。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the dietary pattern of Yangjing Community in Shanghai Pudong, so as to provide scientific bases to improve their nutritional status. METHODS A survey on dietary behaviors and their influencing factors in Shanghai Pudong of Yangjing Community was carried out with dietary inquiry method. The sample that consisted of 5 027 people aged 15~70 years old was drawn using stratified random cluster process and simple random method. The questionnaire was designed through literatures reading, experts assessing and pre-investigation. RESULTS The food construction of community residents were unhealthy, including consuming not enough dairy and fish. Grain consumption was comparatively reasonable. The proportion of overweight was higher in females than in males. Nutritional imbalance has become an important impact on the health risk factors. CONCLUSION Some measures should be taken to improve the unbalanced dietary pattern and to help residents eat sensible diets.
