摘要
真空是机组运行监视的主要参数之一,它关系到机组的安全运行,决定了机组的理想焓降、发电效率和出力能力。在以往的机组控制中,仅把真空作为机组的保护参数,而没有将真空变化对控制参数的影响考虑在内,使得机组在真空不同时控制调节品质相差较多。本文介绍了通过试验方法获取真空改变对机组运行状态的影响数据,增加协调控制中对真空的修正部分达到控制优化目的试验过程。
Vacuity is one of the key parameters in unit' s operation mode. It concerns unit' s safe to power plant, which decides the ideal enthalpy drop, the power generation efficiency, the power generation capacity in power plant. Formerly, vacuity is only considered as a parameter of unit' s protection, and its change influence into control is not considered. Thus, the performance of unit' s control varies a lot to different vacuity. By analyzing the data of vacuity to the operation in power plant and adding the correction to vacuity, this paper presents a new method to improve control performance.
