摘要
为确保新型农村合作医疗基金安全、高效运行,笔者根据当地实际,对基金的管理模式、补偿模式与费用支付方式、抗风险能力和监督体系效力等进行研究,提出了完善新农合基金管理的相关对策。
In order to ensure NRCMS fund safety, we studied on NRCMS fund management model, compensative model, payment model, risk resistant capability and supervision system effect, and proposed relative countermeasures to improve management.
