摘要
针对快中子脉冲序列中脉冲时间的1ns精度的快速检测要求,提出和实现了一种基于1GS/s超高速A/D转换单元和FPGA高速处理单元进行在线检测的系统。特别设计的PeakTDC滞回峰值检测算法,以脉冲峰值位置标定脉冲时间,可以获得对快中子事件在时间仓轴上的纳秒级随机脉冲序列的TDC时间数据转换。
To detect the time of fast neutron pulse sequence at high-speed and high-precision, an online detecting system based on 1GS/s ultra-high-speed A/D converter and high-speed FPAG processor is proposed and realized. By specially designed PeakTDC algorithm, It can demarcate the pulse time by peak position at lns precision. The system can obtain the ns-level TDC convert for random pulse sequence of neutron event along time-bin.
