摘要
目的了解托幼机构传染病管理情况,为加强规范管理提供依据。方法使用调查表调查传染病防控工作,依据《医院消毒卫生标准》抽样检测室内空气和玩具等物品。结果43家托幼机构中,90.7%有传染病疫情报告制度,97.7%有传染病疫情兼(专)职报告人,97.7%配有校医(保健人员),93.0%开展晨检工作,96.0%学生缺课信息登记合格,83.7%有疫情报告登记薄,90.7%查验入托儿童预防接种证,62.8.7%有活动场所空气物品等消毒记录,72.1%使用合格的消毒产品且消毒方法正确。采集消毒样品171份,总合格率56.1%。其中物体表面合格率为79.1%,空气样(动态环境)合格率为16.4%;消毒液合格率为86.5%。结论托幼机构开展了传染病防控工作但工作欠规范。建议加强对保健老师消毒知识的培训,尽快制定《托幼机构消毒技术规范》和《托幼机构消毒卫生标准》。
Objective To get informations on communicable disease control and prevention of kindergartens and provide a basis for intensifying communicable disease control and prevention management. Method We carried out a special - purpose examination and synthetic evaluation in communicable disease control and prevention and disinfection effect monitoring among 43 kindergartens in Longzihu district from May 25, 2008 to June 28, 2008. The result was analyzed statistically by spss13.0 statistics software. Results Among 43 kindergartens, there were 90.7% kindergartens had system for report of infectious disease, 97.7% kindergartens had part - time （ or full - time） reporter of infectious disease, 97.7% kindergartens had school doctor （health care worker） , 93.0% kindergartens carried out morning examination, 96.0% kindergartens were qualified on registration of pupils＇ absenteeism, 83.7% kindergartens had registry of report of infectious disease, 90. 7% kindergartens checked vaecinoprophylaxis card when new children were enrolle. 62.8% kindergartens had disinfection records of air, article, and etc, 72.1% kindergartes used qualified disinfectant and correct disinfecting method. We collected 171 samples. 56.1% were qualified. Among the total, the qualified ratio of article surface was 79.1%, air （ dynamic state） was 16.4%, disinfectant liquid was 86.5%. Conclusion We should strengthen disinfection knowledge training for health care teachers, and enact ＇ disinfection technological specification for child - care institutions＇ and ＇ disinfection hygienic guide for child -care institution＇ as quickly as possible.
