摘要
分析Ni基合金重熔铸锭中出现中心气孔的原因,探讨中心气孔的形成机理。结果表明,因未能稳定控制电流,从而影响了渣池温度分布、金属熔池的形状及气体的饱和度,这是导致铸锭内部孔洞产生的主要原因。
The reasons of the central hollow formation inside Ni-base alloy ingot from electro-remehing with slag pool are analyzed and the mechanism of the central hollow formation is discussed. The effect the temperature distribution of slag pool, shape change of metal bath and saturation variation of gaseous resulted from unstable control of current related with the electrode feeding by manual operation is the source of the reason of formation central hollow.
