摘要
目的:了解我院中成药在治疗心脑血管疾病中的应用情况。方法:通过调查我院2008-09临床应用心脑血管类中成药处方的实际情况,对中成药的合理应用进行系统分析。结果:门诊用于治疗心脑血管疾病的中成药处方265张,占中成药处方总数的25.05%;书写合格处方为198张,占整个心脑血管用药处方74.72%;单一使用心脑血管类中成药205张,占心脑血管用药处方77.36%。结论:我院口服心脑血管类中成药处方使用基本合理,应加强中成药管理,进一步提高中成药合理应用的水平。
Objective：To analyze the utilization of Chinese traditional patent drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases. Methods： A systematic analysis on the utilization of Chinese patent drugs was performed by investigation of the prescriptions in Sep. 2008 in General Hospital of PLA. Results： There were 265 outpatient prescriptions of Chinese traditional patent drugs for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, accounting for 25.05% of the total prescriptions, and 74.72% （196/265） prescriptions were correctly written out. 77.36% （205/265） prescriptions belonged to single administration. Conclusion ： The utilization of oral Chinese traditional patent drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is rational on the whole. It is necessary to reinforce the management of Chinese traditional patent drugs and promote its reasonable utilization further.
