摘要
目的观察食管癌术后早期应用肠内营养(EN)支持的疗效、科学有效的护理方法对患者的影响。方法将40例食管癌术后患者随机分为2组,早期肠内营养组(EEN)和对照组(常规禁食、补液),每组20例。EEN组为术后6 h应用肠内营养。观察术后胃肠功能恢复指标:肛门排气与排便时间;监测术前及术后第8天营养指标:体重、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)和外周血淋巴细胞计数(TLC)。结果EEN组术后排气与排便时间较对照组明显提前(P<0.05)。EEN组PAB及TLC明显升高(P<0.05);术后体重减轻较对照组少。结论术后早期肠内营养支持安全、有效。精心的护理是确保早期肠内营养支持的关键因素。
Objective To explore the effects of early entemal nutrition and nursing measures after operative treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods 40 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the early enternal nutrition group of 20 cases(Group A) treated with enternal nutrition 6 hours after operation and the contrast group of 20 cases(group B) treated with routine fasting therapy and fluid infusion. The indexes of the recovery of gastrointestinal function were observed. These indexes included anal discharge time, defecation time. The indexes of postoperative nutrition 8 days before and after operation were also observed, which included body weight,albumin, prealbumin and peripheral blood total lymphocyte count. Results Anal discharge and defecation occurred earlier in Group A than in Group B( P 〈0.05). The content of prealbumin and the total lymphocyte count were found more in Group A than in Group B ( P 〈0.05)but the body weight decreased less in Group A than in Group B. Conclusion Postoperative early enternal nutrition is safe and effective and good nursing care is the key to the support of early enternal nutrition.
