摘要
以花叶木槿带节茎段为外植体,用MS+6-BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L为诱导与增殖培养基,MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L为生根培养基进行快速繁殖效果较好。
Stem with node of S. Hibiscus syriacus ‘ Argenteo-variegata' were used as explants for tissue culure and rapid propagation. The results were as follows: the the best induced and multiplied medium was MS+6-BA 3 mg/L+NAA 0. 4 mg/L; and according to the data, the best rooting medium was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L+NAA 0. 2 mg/L,the rooting rate was 100 %.
