摘要
[目的]探讨不同强度运动对大鼠胃排空及胃动素(MOT)、促胃液素(GAS)的影响。[方法]Wistar大鼠分成3组:空白对照组、低强度运动组、高强度运动组。各组给予不同强度的运动后,用酚红测定法测定胃排空,放射免疫法检测血清GAS、血浆MOT的水平。[结果]与空白对照组比较,低强度运动组的体重、胃排空率、GAS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MOT水平升高(P<0.05);高强度运动组体重明显降低(P<0.01),胃排空率、GAS、MOT水平明显下降(P<0.01,<0.05)。[结论]高强度运动对大鼠胃排空有抑制作用,并可使血清GAS和血浆MOT下降。
[Objective]To study the effect of different-intensity exercise on gastric emptying , motilin (MOT)and gastrin (GAS) in rats. [Methods]Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups:control group, low-intensity exercise group, high-intensity exercise group. The gastric emptying ratio was measured by phenol red assay method, the GAS and MOT contents were measured by radioimmunoassay method after different intensity of exercise. [Results]Compared with the control group, the body weight, the gastric emptying ratio, the GAS content in low intensity exercise group had no difference (P〉0. 05),but the MOT content increased(P〈0. 05) ;the body weight, the gastric emptying ratio and the GAS and MOT contents in high intensity exercise group significantly decreased (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05).[Conclusion]The high intensity exercise can inhibit gastric emptying of the rats, decrease the GAS and MOT contents.
