摘要 在硼酸酯润滑油添加剂中引入氮原子可以改善其水解稳定性和减摩耐磨性能。合成了3种油酸咪唑啉硼酸酯润滑油添加剂,考察了添加剂含量、载荷对试样在液体石蜡基础油中摩擦学性能的影响,用XPS对磨斑表面进行了分析。结果表明,以羟乙基油酸咪唑啉与硼酸摩尔比为3∶1合成的硼酸三元酯添加剂以2.0%(质量分数)加入到液体石蜡中具有优良的减摩抗磨效果,但其极压性能不理想;磨斑表面主要形成有机边界润滑膜,没有生成B2O3和BN,在高载荷下油膜脱落或破裂,磨斑表面B的含量很低;添加剂没有和金属表面发生摩擦化学反应,推测添加剂的摩擦学性能可能与其分子极性和分子量有关。 Three kinds of oleic acid-imidazoline borate were synthesized as lubricants additives. The effects of addi-tive content and load on the tribological properties of the additives in liquid paraffin were investigated using a four-ball tester. The chemi-cal states of some typical elements on the wear scar were analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Results show that the three-membered borate additives prepared at a mole ratio of hydroxy-ethyl oleic acid to imidazoline boric acid of 3:1 (mass fraction in liquid paraffin; 2.0%) have excellent anti-wear and friction-reduc-ing properties, but unsatisfactory extreme pressure performance. Aboundary lubricating film composed of B-and N-containing organic compounds was formed on the wear scar but no B2O3 or BN was de-tected thereon. The adsorbed lubricating film was peeled off and bro-ken down under a heavy load, and a very low content of B was recor-ded on the wear scar. Since no tribochemical reaction occurred be-tween the additives and metal surface during the sliding process, itcan be presumed that the tribological properties of the additives may be mainly related to the polarity and molecular weight.
