摘要
分析了散热板的成形工艺,对成形件进行了改进,介绍了一种利用回弹成形的工艺方法,设计了1副带出模斜度的柱形模具,解决了散热板成形中的难点,取得了较好的经济效益。
The forming technology of a cooling plate was analyzed and an improvement was made on the formed part. A new technological approach by means of spring back was introduced and a press forming die was developed that has solved the difficulties in the shaping of corrugated plates.
