摘要
为解决塑料污染环境的问题,以淀粉为原料,添加极少量可降解的增塑剂等助剂,研制了全淀粉热塑性塑料。淀粉经过增塑后,具备了热塑性加工的可能性。全淀粉塑料几乎可用所有的塑料加工方法进行加工。玉米含量为90%的热塑性淀粉塑料薄膜,性能基本能达到同类应用传统塑料的性能标准。不同淀粉品种及不同含水量的产品性能有所不同。全淀粉塑料在加工时必须含有一定量的水份,含水量以8%~15%为宜。但产品因吸水又会导致物理性能变差。全淀粉塑料降解性能非常好,通过控制配方,可达到三个月,半年及一年的不同降解速率。
To solve the pollution of environment,allstarch thermoplastics was developed with starch as raw material and a little amount of degradable plasticizer as additive.The starch had thermoplastic processability when plasticized.Allstarch plastics could be processed by means of all plastics processing methods.When maize starch content in the thermoplastic starch plastics film was 90%,the property of the film basically came up to the property level of tranditional plastics films of the same type.The property of the starch plastics was different from each other according to different starch type and water content.For the processing of allstarch plastics,the plastics should have a certain water content:8%~15% being appropriate.The mechanical properties of the product decreased owing to the water absorption of the starch plastics.The degradability of allstarch plastics was very good,and the degradation rates would be 3,6 and 12 months by means of controlling the formula.
