摘要
在石油化工装置中,钢结构焊接工作量大,对于钢结构焊缝一般按等强原则处理,造成较大浪费,而且有可能降低焊接质量。文章指出应当根据不同位置焊缝的工作形式、受力情况及结构特点来确定焊缝的强度和焊角高度,从而达到保证焊接质量、降低焊接成本的目的。
There is a large amount of steel welding work for petrochemical equipment. The general method dealing with steel welds relies on the equal strength principle which results in waste and possible welding quality reduction. In order to ensure welding quality and reduce welding cost, the weld strength and weld fillet height should be determined according to working forms and forces of the welds in different positions as well as structural features.
