摘要
以绕线机床头箱的多目标结构优化问题为例,通过对设计变量进行灵敏度分析及对各分目标函数进行规范化处理,进一步确定设计变量和构造出当量目标函数,从而提高多目标优化建模的准确性和求解效率。根据优化结果进行改进后,绕线机的变形和振动明显下降,绕线精度和效率大大提高,改进效果显著。
A modeling method was proposed for the multi-objective optimization of the structure of a winding machine headstock. The objective function varies with the design variables was analyzed by FEM, the design variables was selected accurately based on the results, and a objective function was constructed after all of the objective function was normalized based on the results. The result shows that the accuracy and efficiency of winding are improved and the deformation and vibration are reduced, which indicates the improvement of multi-objective optimization is obvious.
