摘要
采用固相微萃取技术提取了唐古拉特白刺和西伯利亚白刺茎挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用结合保留指数法鉴定了其成分。分别从唐古拉特白刺茎和西伯利亚白刺茎的挥发油中,鉴定出43和36个化合物,二者共有成分24个。对比了二者的挥发性成分,发现挥发性成分具有高度相似性,其中,十五烷在二者茎中质量分数达10%以上。
The chemical constituents in the volatiles from the stem of Nitraria tangutorum and N. sibirica were extracted by solid-phase microextraction technique, and identified by GC - MS combined with Kvotas retention index. Forty-three and thirty-six compounds were identified from N. tangutorum and N. sibirica respectively, and twenty-four were common in both samples. The results indicated that the volatiles in both plants have a high similarity, and the mass content of pentadeeane in both plants was higher than 10%.
