摘要
常压下,甲基磺酸催化六氟丙酮三水合物和苯酚,一步合成了双酚AF。优化了反应条件,在n(HFA.3H2O)∶n(PhOH)∶n(CH3SO3H)=1∶3.5∶3.0、回流40h条件下,HFA.3H2O转化率达94%,双酚AF相对于HFA.2H2O的选择性和收率分别为93%和87%。
Bisphenol AF was prepared from HFA · 3H2O and phenol in atmosphere with methanesulfonic acid as catalyst. The optimal reaction conditions were found that n (HFA · 3H2O) :n (PhOH) : n ( CH3SO3H ) = 1 : 3.5 : 3. 0, reflux for 40 h. Under these conditions, bisphenol AF was obtained with 94% conversion,93% selectivity,87% yield based on HFA · 3H2O.
