针对焦化厂基建技改规模不断扩大,设备总量不断增加的现状,为提高设备管理水平,提升企业形象,引入了先进的"5S"管理模式,以活动竞赛的方式开展了理念宣传、规划设计、组织建设、展开实施、评审验收等工作。
The scale of capital construction and technological innovation of the Coking Plant is constantly extending, the quantity of equipment is increasing. In order to improve the equipment management level and promote the image for business,the advanced "5S" management pattern was introduced and developed by competition. By propagating the mind, programming, organizational construction, carrying out, appraising, and so on, the gratifying achievements were obtained.
