摘要
用固体超强酸TiO2/SO2-4-沸石分子筛催化合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)。对催化剂的制备条件和DOP的合成条件进行了研究。在最佳反应条件下,酯化率可达98%以上,研究还表明,此催化剂与单组份固体超强酸TiO2/SO2-4相比,具有体积大、易过滤、产品中无催化剂残留、成本低、使用寿命长等优点,是合成DOP的理想催化剂,还对沸石表面的吸附进行了X-射线衍射能谱测试,对DOP进行了红外光谱测试验证。
his paper investigates the synthesis of DOP with zeolite supported TiO2/SO2-4 solid super acids as catalysts.The preparation conditions of the complex catalysts and esterification conditions were studied.Under the optimum synthesis condition,the esterification rates were over 98%.Compared with TiO2/SO2-4 solid super acid,the complex catalysts and DOP are easily separable without any catalyst residual left in DOP.Xray and IR methods were used for the characterization of zeolite/TiO2/SO2-4 and DOP.
