硫色(满)酮衍生物的合成及抗真菌活性研究 被引量:6

Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Thiochromones and Thiochromanones

摘要 设计并合成了8个硫色(满)酮及其衍生物,其中7个化合物未见文献报道,其结构均经红外光谱、核磁共振、氢谱及元素分析证实.体外抑菌试验表明:8个化合物均有不同程度的抑菌活性.化合物9402,9403效果最好,有开发前景. On the basis of the fact that thiochrom(an)ones have antifungal activity, eight derivatives of thiochrom(an)one were designed and synthesized. Seven of them had not been found in literature.The stuctures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,1HNMR and elemental analysis. Preliminary antifungal activity experiments in vitro showed that the eight compounds had some activity against the tested fungi to some extent.Compounds of 9402 and 9403 showed significant activity.
