摘要
城市综合体是基于商业与城市复杂关系的一种新的建筑表现形式,它复合了处理商业与城市关系中积累的历史经验,对当今城市发展起着重要的作用。在城市综合体设计中,商业是整合城市空间的主导要素,其叙事特征主要表现为对街区混合功能的整合、与环境文脉的结合及开放空间的营造。
Urban complex is a new form which explains the complicated relationship between commerce and city; it accumulates a lot of historical experience when people deal with this relationship. Urban complex plays an essential role in the development of urban city. Accordingly, commerce is the key element to integrate urban space in the above described urban complex, and its narrative character mainly focus on the integration of mixed-function about blocks, the combination with environment element and the creation of open space.
