基于结构性能连续性原理的多股流换热器通道排列优化 被引量:3

摘要 本文依据多股流换热器的通道排列的结构性能连续性原理,分别对四股流13通道和17通道空分用多股流换热器的结构性能连续性序列进行了生成。与此同时,将所有这些基于微小变化下的通道排列方式进行换热器的热计算。从得到的计算结果看到,各种微小通道排列布置差异的换热器对应的性能变化也是微小连续的,并且呈现出区域连续性,因此可以采用模拟退火算法进行进一步的多股流换热器通道排列的优化布置。 According to structure-performance continuity sequence of multi-stream heat exchanger, 4 stream 13 passages and 17 passages sequence was formed. At the same time, heat transfer performances and parameters of each arrangement were calculated based on the mini-change passage arrangement sequence. The results show that the performance of heat exchanger is contin- uously smoothly varying with the mini-change passage arrangement, when the sequence is longer enough, the performance figures may come out to be quite different in different regions, then sim- ulated annealing method can be used to optimize passage arrangement in multi-stream heat exchanger.
