大容量变流器复杂形状直流母线的PEEC建模 被引量:15

PEEC modeling of complex DC buses in high power converters

摘要 为了探讨建立大容量变流器直流母线高频等效电路的方法,针对一台广泛应用于高压大容量变流器的H桥功率单元,对其大尺寸直流母线的复杂结构进行简化,并基于部分单元等效电路(PEEC)的方法建立了简化后母线模型的考虑杂散参数的等效电路。以实测的H桥单元的桥臂暂态电压作为激励,对等效电路进行仿真,直流母线的仿真电流与实验波形符合较好,说明母线的高频等效电路比较准确,对复杂母线进行简化的方法是合理的。用PEEC方法建立大尺寸连接导体等效电路的方法是可行和有效的。 The power DC bus of an H-bridge unit was studied to construct high frequency equivalent circuit for the power bus in large capacity converters. The structure of the large, complex power bus was simplified and then the equivalent circuit including parasitical parameters was developed based on the partial element equivalent circuit (PEEC) method. The PEEC model was used to simulate the bus with the transient voltage in the bridge arm as the excitation. The simulated current in the bus agrees well with experimental results. Thus, the results demonstrate the accuracy of the PEEC model and that the PEEC method is an effective way to model large conductors in large capacity converters.
