Chemical constituents of Melastoma dodecandrum(Ⅱ)

摘要 目的对地稔的化学成分进行研究。方法采用色谱技术进行分离并用高效液相方法确认分离得到化合物的纯度,根据理化性质及经UVI、R1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR、MS等检测确定结构。结果分到5个化合物,分别是胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,Ⅱ)、萹蓄苷(avicularin,Ⅲ)、3,7,4′-三甲氧基槲皮素(3,7,4′-trimethoxyquercetin,Ⅳ)、苍术内酯酮(atractylenolidone,Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅴ为新的化合物,命名为苍术内酯酮,化合物Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the constituents in Melastoma dodecandrum. Methods The constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic evidences. Results Five compounds were purified and their structures were identified as. daucosterol ( Ⅰ ), oleanolic acid ( Ⅱ ), avicularin (Ⅲ), 3, 7, 4 -trlmethoxyquercetm (IV), and atractylenolidone ( Ⅴ ). Conclusion Compound V is a new chemical constituent named atractylenolidone. Compound IV is isolated from M. dodecandrum for the first time.
