摘要
特高压交流输电技术在中国应用给继电保护装置的测试提出了新的要求,其关键在于如何建立能够准确反映特高压系统特性的动态模拟系统。文章介绍了中国电力科学研究院以1000kV晋东南—南阳—荆门特高压交流试验示范工程和1000kV淮南—上海同塔双回特高压输电工程为研究依据,设计并研制成功了特高压单回线路、同塔双回线路等模拟元件和调压补偿变独立于主体变压器的特高压中性点调压自耦变压器元件模型,建立了2个工程的动态模拟系统,以及相应的系统测试和试验结论。
The application of UHV AC transmission technology in China brings forward new requirements for relay protection test. And the key to this project is to establish the dynamic simulation systems with accurate components. This paper introduces the design and research of UHV AC dynamic simulation system, including component design of UHV single line and double-circuit line; simulation design of the autotransformer with independent regulating and compensation transformer, off-circuit-tap-changing at the neutral point; and test results of the systems. They are all developed by China Electric Power Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as CEPRI) on the basis of 1000kV Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV AC pilot & demonstration project and 1 000 kV Huainan-Shanghai double-circuit UHV AC project.
