摘要
虫口密度田间调查和室内水培试验调查表明.茶树品种间对假眼小绿叶蝉抗性存在着显著的差异。显微观测和数理统计分析表明.茶树叶片栅栏组织厚度(x1)、海绵组织厚度(x3)、主脉下方表皮厚度(x3)和主脉下方厚角组织厚度(x4)与假眼小绿叶蝉的虫口密度(y)呈极显著负相关,其回归方程为y=752.67-7.50x1-17.94x2+14.27x3-14.60x4。
The results of field investigation on pest density and laboratory experiment on water culture indicated that there were significant differences on the resistance ta Leaf hopper (Empoasca uitis Gothe) between tea Cultivars. From the results of anatomical observation on leaf structure and statistical analysis,the density of leaf hopper (y)was extreme - significantly cor-related with the thickness of palisade tissue (x1). spongy tissue (x2), the thickness of subepi-dermis under main vein (x3) and the thickness of collenchyma under main vein (x4). The core-lation eqtlation was y=752.67-7. 50x1-17.94x2+14.27x3-14.60x4.
