摘要
阐述了高压-底吹氮法精炼高氮钢的特点。在实验室进行了小型热态正交实验,通过分析实验数据,确定了各因素对钢中氮含量的影响程度由高到低依次为压力、合金Cr含量、合金Mn含量和温度。根据实验数据和热力学数据采用回归系数法,建立了钢液中氮含量的计算式,利用公式可以计算不同压力、合金元素含量和温度下钢中的氮含量。
Characters of high nitrogen steels refining with high pressure and bottom-blown nitrogen was expounded.Thermal state miniative experiments in the laboratory was carried out and confirmed that the grade of factors which affect the nitrogen content in steels are pressure,the Cr content,the Mn content and temperature which the order is from high to low by analyzing the experimental data.Based on the experimental data and thermodynamic data,expressions of nitrogen content in high nitrogen steels have been established,and the nitrogen content can be calculated with different pressures,the content of different alloy and different temperatures.
