摘要
目的观察电针辅助静脉麻醉用于无痛人流的血流动力学变化及术后镇痛效果。方法120例无痛人流患者,随机分成两组,电针组和对照组,每组60例,记录无痛人流手术中丙泊酚的用量,手术前、中、后平均动脉压,心率,血氧饱和度的变化,以及术后镇痛评级。结果电针组丙泊酚用量明显减少,血压、心率及血氧饱和度平稳,术后镇痛优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针辅助静脉麻醉用于无痛人流,可有效减少丙泊酚用量,减少呼吸抑制的发生,使呼吸循环更趋于稳定,增强术后镇痛效果。
Objective To investigate the hemodynamic changes and postoperative analgesic effect in the application of electroacupuncture-assisted intravenous anesthesia to painless artificial abortion. Methods One hundred and twenty patients receiving painless artificial abortion were randomly allocated to two groups,elecrtroacupuncture and control,60 cases each. Propofol dosage during painless artificial abortion,and pre-,intra-and postoperative mean arterial pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were recorded. The postoperative analgesic effect was evaluated. Results Propofol dosage was significantly reduced,and blood pressure,heart rate and blood oxygen saturation were stable in the elecrtroacupuncture group. The postoperative analgesic effect was better than in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of electroacupuncture-assisted intravenous anesthesia to painless artificial abortion can effectively decrease Propofol dosage,reduce the occurrence of respiratory inhibition,facilitate the stability of respiration and circulation and improve the postoperative analgesic effect.
