摘要
用特征矩阵法研究了多腔薄膜梳状滤波器在C波段的偏振特性。结果表明,当入射角较小时,s偏振光和p偏振光有相同或相近的透射特性;当入射角较大时,可以使透射光成为完全的p偏振光,而且在入射角发生很小的变化时,可以使p偏振光通带的中心波长的透射率发生很大的变化;当入射角很大后,s偏振光的透射峰比p偏振光的透射峰的变化快很多。研究表明,多腔薄膜梳状滤波器可以在与偏振和微小的角度变化有关的领域中发挥重要作用。
The polarization properties of multi-cavity thin film interleaver in C-band are studied by means of eigen matrix. The results show that when the incident angle is small, s-polarized light and p-polarized light have the same (or similar) transmission properties; when the incident angle is larger, the transmitted light can be a complete p-polarized light, and by a very small change of incident angle, the transmittance of the center wavelength in the pass-band of p- polarized light changes a lot; when the incident angle is more larger, s-polarized light transmittance peaks change faster than p-polarized light transmittance peaks. This study shows that multi-cavity thin film interleaver may will an important role in the areas related to polarization and small angle change.
