摘要 目的:探讨P16、CyclinD1基因在维吾尔族葡萄胎发生方面的意义。方法:用免疫组化二步法,对46例葡萄胎首次清宫标本和20例早孕正常绒毛组织中P16和CyclinD1进行检测。结果:在早孕绒毛组织中CyclinD1表达全部阴性,而P16阳性率为80.0%。在葡萄胎组中P16、CyclinD1表达阳性率分别60.9%,23.9%。在非恶变葡萄胎、以后发生恶变的葡萄胎中P16表达呈下降趋势,CyclinD1表达呈上升趋势。结论:P16表达缺失、Cy-clinD1过表达可能在葡萄胎恶性转化中起重要作用。检测葡萄胎首次清宫标本P16及CyclinD1表达可能在判断葡萄胎预后方面具有重要意义。 Objective: To investigate the expression of human P16, CyclinD1 in human hydatiform mole from the Uigur to explore the relationship between its expression and prognosis of human hydatiform mole. Methods: Immunohistochemical two-step method was used to detect the P16 and CyclinD1 gene expression in the tissues of 46 cases of human hydatiform mole (the primary eurretage tissues ) and 20 cases of normal villi of early gestation. Results: The expression of CyclinD1 was all negative in the villi of early gestation, and the expression ration of P16 in the villi of early gestation was 80.00%. When the moles that didn't transform to malignancy, the moles that did transform and the trophoblastie tumors were detected, a descending tendency of P16 expression was found, while the expression of CyclinD1 showed an ascending tendency. Conclusions: The absent expression of the cell cycle regulating gene P16 and the excessive expression of eyclinD1 may play key roles in the development of invasion and metastasis of hydatiform mole. Detection of P16 and CyclinD1 expression in the primary curretage tissues of moles may be of great value in assessing the prognosis of moles.
