MicroRNA与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 MicroRNA是一类小分子非编码RNA,可通过一系列转录加工过程最终形成RNA诱导沉默复合体(RNA-inducedsilencing complex,RISC),调控基因的表达,参与人体细胞周期、免疫反应、生长发育等过程。越来越多的研究证实MicroRNA不仅可作为抑癌因子,抑制原癌基因的激活;亦可作为致癌基因促进肿瘤的生长。上述作用参与到肿瘤的发生、生长、侵袭和转移等各个过程,因而为肿瘤的诊断、预后及治疗提供新的思路。
