顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定热加工食品中呋喃的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立以氘代同位素内标测定热加工食品中呋喃的顶空气相色谱-质谱法(HS-GC-MS)方法。方法试样中加入内标物d4-呋喃,顶空50℃恒温30min后,用PLOTQ石英毛细管柱气相色谱分离,采用选择离子监测(SIM)的质谱扫描模式进行定量分析。结果呋喃在5~1000ng范围内线性良好,方法检测限(S/N≥3)为2.0ng/g;不同基底样品的加标回收率为86.1%~97.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<10%;共检测热加工食品样品45份,检出浓度在<2.0~84.2ng/g之间。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确度高,适合热加工食品中呋喃的常规检测。
