摘要
本文从大学生晨练比例偏低的现象出发,通过文献资料法重点阐述了大学生晨练的意义。结论是晨练对于增强大学生体质,提高运动能力,预防疾病,塑造完美体形,促进心理健康,养成健康的生活方式,形成终身体育的观念等都具有非常重要的作用。同时本文对大学生晨练的一般保健措施及注意事项作了简要的阐述,对于想进行晨练或正在进行晨练的大学生具有较好的指导作用。
Starting from the low proportion of college students' morning exercises,the present article, with the methods of documentary analysis, tries to elaborate on the significance of college students'morning exercises.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Doing morning exercises can improve the body constitution and the athletic ability of college students.(2) Doing morning exercises plays a very important role in disease prevention,improving the perfect body shape, promoting mental healthand, developing a healthy lifestyle and the formation of the concept of lifelong sports.(3)The general health measures and guidelines of college students'morning exercises are elaborated in a brief statement in this paper. So,colle students can doing morning exercises under this article.
