摘要
目的:探讨16层螺旋CT肺部HRCT扫描技术,并与常规HRCT进行比较。方法:美国GE公司产的16层螺旋CT机与GESytec-3000CT机分别进行HRCT扫描,16层CT共扫描42例,常规则CT扫描35例,经4位有经验医师与技师就图像噪声,呼吸的及心搏伪影,大气管与血管、纵隔结构及肺小叶显示的满意度进行主观评价。结果:16层螺旋CT与常规CT的HRCT扫描图像在显示大气管与血管、纵隔结构及肺小叶的满意度没有明显差别,而噪声与呼吸及心搏伪影常规CT较16层螺旋CT为多,同时采用16层CT扫描图像的噪声和呼吸及心搏伪影明显降低;射线剂量也明显减低。结论:16层螺旋CT的优势在于不仅是提高了肺部HRCT的扫描速度,还明显减少了患者所接受的辐射剂量,获得高质量的图像。
Objective: To discussing the scan technique of 16-slice spiral CT in lung, compared with conventional HRCT. Methods: Using 16-slice spiral CT of general equipment company which made in American to scan 42 cases, and 35 cases with conventional CT. To evaluate the imaging noise, respiratory and heart beat artifact , displaying satisfaction of trachea, vascellum, mediastinal septum and pulmonary lobules by 4 experienced professional doctors and technician by intention. Results: There was no distinction between 16-slice spiral CT and conventional HRCT in displaying of trachea, vascellum, mediastinal septum and pulmonary lobules ,but the noise and artifact with respiratory and heart beat were weaken in 16-slice spiral CT than in conventional CT, let alone the X-ray dose. Conclusion: The superiority to 16-slice spiral CT is that not only raising the scanning speed of HRCT but also decreasing the radiation dose of patient, obtaining to gain the high-quality imaging.
