摘要
本文介绍了复合材料组元润湿参数测取分析的新方法。利用计算机摄像系统自动连续测取组元材料不同温度下的图像,用先进的特征提取算法和最小二乘一致逼近,分析其润湿角及周界形状,依此分析复合材料组元的润湿特性。实验结果证明:该方法是有效的和精确的。
A new method for measuring and analyzing the wetting parameters of compound material ingredients is described in this paper.The ingredient image in different temperature is automaticly measured continuously using computer aided TV system,the wetting angle and periphery shape are analysed by using advanced figure detecting algorithm and least square method unanimous approaching and then the wetting characteristic are analysed.The practice results prove that the methods for measuring and analyzing the wetting parameters are effective and accurate.
