摘要
介绍了级联型多电平变频器的拓扑结构和载波移相调制的工作原理,根据该调制方法的优缺点,基于控制自由度组合思想,提出了一种适用于级联型多电平变换器的新型优化调制策略,阐述了其原理和实现方法。通过Matlab软件进行了系统的建模与仿真,并在级联型高压变频器平台上实现了系统的数字控制。仿真结果表明该策略能够有效提高直流电压利用率,减少开关损耗,实验结果论证了该方法的可行性。
The topologies and work principle of carrier phase shift modulation of cells cascaded multi-level converter were introduced. According to its advantages and disadvantages, a new optimized modulation strategy suitable for cascade multilevel converters was presented, based on the thoughts of control degrees of freedom combination, then its principle and implementation method was described. The building of system module and simulation were done by Matlab software, and numeric control of the system was realized in cells cascaded high-voltage converter. The simulation results indicate that this strategy can efficiently improve DC voltage utilization ratio and reduce switching losses. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of this new method.
