摘要
阐述了干气密封的现状和展望,阐明干气密封的工作原理,描述其基本结构形式,通过对干气密封动静环受力状况的分析,给出动环端面上里外压差公式,分析了影响干气密封的性能参数。通过对具体设备的现状的分析,表明使用干气密封的可行性和必要性。
The current application and perspective of dry gas seal and the general principle and fundamental structure form of dry gas seal were introduced. Through the analysis of the force among the dry gas seal, rotating face diffierential pressure was educed. The parameters that affect the dry gas seal were also analyzed. With study the detailed rotating machinery equipped with dry gas seal, the feasibility and necessity for using non - contacting mechanical seal were highlighted.
