摘要
介绍了一个由多步合成构成的综合化学实验,该实验涵盖了金属偶联、氧化、酯化、还原、取代、缩合及金属络合等多种反应类型,涉及了重结晶、蒸馏、柱层析、凝胶色谱等多项分离纯化技术,并综合运用了波谱学技术对化合物的结构进行表征。通过本实验教学的开展,能够使学生获得多方面的综合训练,显著提高其实验技能,加深理论素养。
A new comprehensive chemistry experiment was proposed. It involved various typical reactions including Pd - catalyzed coupling, oxidazition, esterification, reduction, nucleophilic substitution, condensation and coordination. It also utilized many practical skills of separation and purification, such as recrystallization, distillation, column and gel chromatography. Charaterization of the involved compounds in the experimental was got based on some spectral techniques, such as IR and 1H -NMR. The proposed experiment could provide comprehensive experiences in chemistry for the students, which not only enhanced the experimental skills but also deepened their theoretical knowledge.
