摘要
某重卡变速箱中一对输出齿轮副中的主动轮在啮合过程中出现寿命不足现象,故应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态啮合力分析,获得了齿轮副的静态接触应力云图;基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行有限元动态分析,与静态分析相对比,应力水平增加显著。综合静态和动态接触分析发现啮入时主动轮齿端齿根处弯曲强度最弱,易出现折断。
Pinion life of the helical gear pair in the transmission of a heavy-duty truck is insufficient. In this paper, gear's static emulation was carried out by use of ANSYS software, and the distributing graph of static contact stress was obtained. The dynamic contact stress was analyzed based on ANSYS/LS--DYNA. The simulation results show that the dynamic stress is larger than the static stress. Integrated static and dynamic analysis, the lowest bending strength is located at the root of the driving gear's meshing tooth, which may be broken at that moment.
