摘要
在对矿井铰接式车辆转向特性及受力分析的基础上,给出了转向正压力和转向阻力矩的新的计算公式。并以笔者设计的煤矿设备搬运车为例,对影响铰接式车辆转向的因素及各影响因素对转向阻力矩的影响趋势作了进一步分析,给出了油缸与车架铰接点的优化方案。
This paper gives the new calculation formula of steering vertical force and steering resistance moment, on the basis of analysis of the steering feature and forces on mine articulated vehicles. Taking the mine equipment carrier as example, the paper analyzes the factors influencing articulated vehicles' steering feature as well as the influence trend of each factor on the steering resistance moment. Through analysis of the cylinder steering moment, the paper gives the optimized project of the articulated point between the cylinder and vehicle frame.
