摘要
为研究弛张筛面动态特性参数沿筛面长度方向分布状况和大振动强度筛分理论,建立了弛张筛筛面的非线性动力学方程,采用摄动方法求出解,导出了筛面动态特性沿筛长方向的分布规律及其精确表达式,理论分析结果与实测结果符合很好.利用Holms弹跳球模型来模拟单颗粒在筛面上的运动并找出数值结果,发现单颗粒物料在筛面上运动时,筛面振动强度kv>167颗粒产生混沌运动,修正了定常运动论的kv=33的理论.最后在弛张筛模型机上进行筛分试验,得出弛张筛能有效地进行潮湿原煤的干法深度筛分.
In order to study the distribution of dynamic characteristic parameters along the length of a flip flow screen and the screening theory of high vibration intensity, a non linear dynamic equation was established. The solution was obtained by perturb method. Distribution of dynamic characteristics along the length of the screen and exact expression were derived. The theoretical data fitted well with the measured data. Holms model was used to simulate particle motion on the screen surface, and numerical values were obtained. It was found single particles of material on the surface was in chaotic motion, when k v>1 67. And k v=3 3 in theory of steady motion was corrected. Finally the screening tests of flip flow screen were made on the model. Conclusion that drawn is that this type of screen is efficient for deep dry screening of wet raw coal.
