摘要
文章通过建立微观经济主体之间的双边动态博弈模型,从博弈论的角度比较分析了不同经济环境下规则与相机抉择两种货币政策操作方式的经济效应水平,进而讨论了各种环境下操作方式的选择问题,发现操作方式的选择与政策制定者所面临的经济环境密切相关,且不同方式之间绝非简单的替代关系。政策制定者所要做的应是在良好的经济随机波动和信息控制下寻求规则与相机抉择的最佳结合点。
The rules and the discretion are two operation modes of monetary policy we have discussed many years. In this paper, we will have an analysis on both of them in the visual angle of the game theory. Particularly, the analysis will be based on a bilateral dynamic game model under variational economic circumstance we have supposed. As a result, we find that the choice of optimal modes has an intense relationship with the economic condition we are facing to, and the two modes are absolutely not the relation of substitution in a simple way . So the policy makers should find an optimal combination of them under the request of well controlling on economic random shocks and gathering information.
