摘要 为确定AB-8型大孔树脂分离纯化桑葚中红色素的最佳工艺条件,以吸附量和解吸率为指标,研究了各种因素对红色素在浸提和从AB-8型大孔树脂洗脱过程的影响。结果表明:最佳浸提条件为浸提时间2h、乙醇浓度75%、物料比1∶3、温度为60℃;最佳洗脱条件为pH=2、洗脱液体积2BV、流速1BV/h、乙醇的体积分数80%。 The aim of the experiment was to study the optimum conditions for distilling and purifying red pigment from mulberry through AB-8 macroporous resin.Taking adsorption quantity and desorption rate as indexIt researched the influence of several kinds of fectors to red pigment for lixiviating and eluting from AB-8 macroporous resin.The result showed that the optimum lixiviation conditions were as follows: lixiviating time at 2h,concentration of alcohol at 75%,material ratio at 1∶3,temperature at 60℃;the optimum elution conditions were as follows∶ pH at 2,the volume of elution liquid at 2BV,flow velocity at 1BV/h,the volume percent of alcohol at 80%.
