摘要
硬质合金材质的好坏,除受成分支配外,在很大程度上还受其显微组织的影响。使用最佳烧结时间和采用油中淬火冷却方式,可以使原棱角形的碳化钨晶粒变为圆滑的晶粒,从而可以改善硬质合金的性能。
The microstructure of a hard metal affects its properties to a considerable de- gree,besides the chemical constitution of the hard metal.The study shows that,control of the optimal sintering time and use of oil quenching can change the boundary morphology of the wolfram carbide phase from edge form into smooth form,as a result the properties of the hard metal can be improved.
