摘要
通过常规搅拌器与设计的异型叶片搅拌器在不同结构搅拌罐上的水力学模拟实验,探讨铁水罐结构等不同因素对脱硫剂卷吸深度的影响规律,实验结果表明,铁水罐结构对KR脱硫效果有较大影响;设计异型搅拌器模型对不同结构搅拌罐适应性较强。
The law of effects of different factors such as the structure of the hot metal ladle on the immersion depth of the desulphurizer were studied by hydraulic simulation experiments of the conventional stirrer and the specially designed shaped blade stirrer working in the different structure of stirring ladle. Experimental results show that greater influence of hot metal ladle structure on the KR desulphurization can be seen and the specially designed shaped blade stirrer model is of higher adaptability to the stirring ladles of different strucures.
