消息中间件技术用于热轧过程控制系统中,不仅有效地缓解了工业以太网的通讯压力,提高了过程控制自动化和基础自动化之间的数据通讯的可靠性;还屏蔽了TCP/IP底层网络通讯的复杂性,使热轧自动化控制的工程师可以将注意力集中于轧线设备的控制设定和模型设定,从而极大地提高了轧钢程序的开发效率。
By application of the information middle ware technology in the hot rolling process control not only the communication pressure of the industrial ethernet can be effectively mitigated and the reliability of the the data transmission between the process control automation and the basic automation be raised, but the complexity of bottom layer network communication TCP/IP can also be shielded so that the engineer in charge of the the hot rolling process control can focus on the control setting and model setting of the equipments of the rolling line and thus the efficiency of the steel rolling programme can be extremely raised.
