摘要
社会分工和图书馆发展的需要使图书馆业务外包迅速发展。业务外包改变了图书馆员的工作内容、培养了图书馆员的竞争对手。图书馆员必须强化危机意识、不断学习、增强自身可用性才能突破业务外包带来的困扰。
Outsourcing of library work is rapidly developing with the social division of labor and library＇s development. It shifts librarians＇ tasks and also cultures librarians＇ rivals. In order to break through plight, librarians should heighten crisis consciousness and enhance the business quality of themselves.
