霉菌在含Cu^(2+)废水处理中的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 生物吸附法是目前处理含重金属废水最有前途的方法之一,文章对自行筛选的一株霉菌进行了金属铜离子吸附试验。分别研究了菌体生长时间、预处理方式、NaOH预处理浓度和NaOH预处理时间对吸附效果的影响,结果发现,最佳菌体生长时间为120h;最优预处理方式为碱处理;最佳NaOH预处理浓度为0.1M;最佳NaOH预处理时间为45min。在上述最优条件下,菌体对Cu2+的吸附率达到98.2%。 Currently, biosorption is the one of most promising methods in the treatment of waste water containing heavy metals, the paper reported that Cu^2+ was adsorped a self-screening fungal .Studying the cell growth time, pre-treatment methods, NaOH concentration and NaOH pretreatment pretreatment effect on the adsorption, it is found that the best time for cell growth at 120 h. The optimal pre-treatment was alkali treatment, the optimal concentration of NaOH pretreatment was observed at 0. 1M, the best time ofNaOH pretreatment was observed at 45 rain. In the above-mentioned optimal conditions, the Cu^2+ adsorption rate is 98.2 %.
